Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic Area Sales Managers in Italy to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing sales and profitability within Italy through multiple sales channels.
Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Strategically plan sales activities through market analysis to identify potential customers and channel partners aligned with our company's strategic goals and annual targets.
- Customer Engagement: Schedule productive customer visits, fostering strong relationships that benefit both the customer and our company.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders to build a robust network and respond promptly to customer needs.
- Negotiations: Collaborate with customers and channel partners to negotiate agreements that yield mutually beneficial solutions.
- Sales Operations: Ensure seamless alignment and compliance with our company’s standard processes, systems and guidelines, resulting in efficient, lean and correct workflows and data.
- Product Promotion: Promote our complete range of products and services to meet customer needs for both product and application requirements.
- Value-Added Selling: Actively sell our products and services by providing value-added solutions that meet to our customers' unique needs.
- Closing Sales: Secure sales orders from customers upon their agreement with the proposed value-added solutions.
- Reporting: Document and report sales activities, including test reports, cost savings, and business forecasts, through continuous monitoring of customers and competitors.
Qualifications:

Metal Cutting Expertise: Strong understanding and practical experience in metal cutting processes, including turning, milling, and hole making, ideally in superhard cutting tools.
Technician or Engineering degree preferred. - Sales Experience: 5 years demonstrated field sales experience in metal cutting tools with existing customer relationships. Analytic and systematic approach, business acumen.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office for sales and reporting purposes.
Practical judgement and tactical problem-solving capabilities. - Hunter Profile: Proactive approach to both developing existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones.

Stakeholder Interaction: Able to effectively interact with key accounts, channel partners and smaller companies.
Familiar with environment in a multi-national company. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both within Worldia and with customers. Fluent in English (written and oral) + language of respective sales region.
- Teamplayer: Effectively sharing information and involving team members. Understanding that success is a team result.
- Integrity: Committed to business ethics and compliance.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a changing market and company.
- Willingness to Travel: 70%, car driving license required.
