Job Description:
We invite talented Solution Engineers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer-specific tool requests and crafting customized offers for clients across Europe. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between Worldia's production units, Engineering, and sales teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of tools.
Responsibilities:
- Information Gathering: Collect the necessary information required to generate precise and timely quotations.
- Needs Analysis: Analyze customer requirements to ensure that requested tools align with Worldia's engineering and manufacturing capabilities while maintaining profitability.
- Client Engagement: Present quotations and concept drawings to clients, ensuring their clear understanding of the proposed products.
- System Utilization: Efficiently utilize the provided system for generating quotes.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the manufacturing of special tools by facilitating seamless communication between engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring products meet customer tooling requirements and delivery deadlines.
- Engineering Support: Provide engineering support during the initial stages of manufacturing and throughout production.
- Problem-Solving: Act as a facilitator in the problem-solving process when modifications to products are required during production.
- Follow-Up: Continuously follow up on proposed modifications to existing tools.
- Presentations: Conduct both internal and external presentations to showcase developed tool solutions.
Qualifications:
- Cutting Tool Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge of cutting tool applications, design, and machining processes.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Software Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic Area Sales Managers to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing sales and profitability within a designated geographical area through multiple sales channels.
Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Strategically plan sales activities through market analysis to identify potential customers and channel partners aligned with our company's strategic goals and annual targets.

Qualifications:

Metal Cutting Expertise: Strong understanding and practical experience in metal cutting processes, including turning, milling, and hole making, ideally in superhard cutting tools.
Technician or Engineering degree preferred. - Sales Experience: 5 years demonstrated field sales experience in metal cutting tools with existing customer relationships. Analytic and systematic approach, business acumen.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office for sales and reporting purposes.
Practical judgement and tactical problem-solving capabilities. - Hunter Profile: Proactive approach to both developing existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones.

Stakeholder Interaction: Able to effectively interact with key accounts, channel partners and smaller companies.
Familiar with environment in a multi-national company. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both within Worldia and with customers. Fluent in English (written and oral) + language of respective sales region.

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, the Marketing Manager will take the lead in PR, Communication, Digital, Media, Strategy, Events & Support. The position is based at the Worldia Europe office in Herrenberg, conveniently located near Stuttgart, Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and manage regional marketing plans, overseeing the execution of demand generation initiatives.
- Advertising and Promotion: Supervise advertising and promotional programs, encompassing traditional advertising, website/social/digital efforts, and strategic partnerships, ensuring they are impactful and cost-effective.
- Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns to drive engagement and results.
- Customer Satisfaction: Participate in planned measures to enhance customer satisfaction and user acceptance.
- Event Organization: Organize trade fairs and events, both virtual and face-to-face, in collaboration with colleagues in management and sales.
Qualifications:
